By accessing the site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

3) Eligibility

The site is for users 13+. If you are under the age of majority, use only with a parent/guardian’s consent.

4) Site purpose

This site showcases SudoNova’s studio and projects. No purchases or user accounts are offered here. Game purchases and accounts occur on third-party platforms (e.g., Steam) and are governed by those platforms’ terms.

5) Intellectual property

All content on the site (text, graphics, logos, artwork, screenshots, videos, code, and trademarks) is owned by SudoNova or its licensors and protected by law.
You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and display the site for personal, non-commercial use.

5.1 Press kit license

If we provide a press kit marked for media use, you may reproduce those assets solely for editorial coverage of SudoNova, subject to any asset-specific notices. No other rights are granted.

6) Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, mirror, frame, or scrape site content except as allowed above.
• Interfere with security, test vulnerabilities, or bypass access controls.
• Use bots to crawl or harvest data contrary to our robots.txt or rate limits.
• Use the site for illegal, infringing, or harmful activity.

7) No AI/ML training

You may not copy, scrape, crawl, download, or otherwise use any site content to train, fine-tune, or improve machine-learning or AI models (including generative models) without prior written consent from SudoNova. Automated access is prohibited except for standard search indexing that honors robots.txt. We may block violators and pursue remedies.

8) User content (if enabled)

If comments or submissions are enabled, you grant SudoNova a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your submission for site operations. You must own or control the rights you post and you are responsible for your content.

9) Links and third parties

The site may link to third-party platforms (e.g., Steam, YouTube, social networks). We are not responsible for their content, terms, or policies.

10) Changes to the site and Terms

We may modify or discontinue any part of the site at any time. We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the changes. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision.

11) Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, SudoNova and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or revenues, arising from or related to the site or these Terms. Our total liability for all claims will not exceed USD $100 or the amount you paid to use the site in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.

13) Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold SudoNova harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

14) DMCA / copyright complaints (US)

If you believe content infringes your rights, send a notice to support@sudonova.com with: (a) your contact info, (b) identification of the work and material, (c) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized, (d) your signature. We may remove content and, where appropriate, terminate repeat infringes.

See our Privacy Policy for how we process personal data. Third-party platforms you use are governed by their own policies.

16) Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflicts rules. Courts located in Ingham County, Michigan have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

16.1 Arbitration (optional)

Alternatively, insert a binding arbitration clause if desired. Example: “Any dispute will be resolved by final, binding arbitration under JAMS Rules in Lansing, Michigan, except claims for injunctive relief. Class actions are waived.” Consult counsel before enabling.

17) International users

Access at your own initiative and responsibility for compliance with local laws.

18) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for any reason. Sections that by nature should survive termination do so.

19) Severability; entire agreement

If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement regarding your site use.
